EXIM Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Payment Default Report Form

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) is seeking public comment on its proposed information collection, EIB 09-01 Payment Default Report, to reduce paperwork burden. The form allows parties to report overdue payments and can be submitted electronically through EXIM Online.
