NOAA Proposes Rule to Remove Provision from Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary Regulations

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is proposing to remove a provision from the existing Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary (FGBNMS) regulations, which would resolve conflicting Federal agency regulations by the Director of the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries.
