DoD Issues Final Rule to Repeal Preference for Fixed-Price Contracts Under DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is implementing a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 by amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to repeal the preference for fixed-price contracts.
