Proposed Supplementary Rules on Public Land, Idaho

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho State Office is proposing new rules to prohibit the use of alcohol and drugs on public lands in Idaho, as well as the possession of open alcoholic beverage containers in vehicles or off-highway vehicles on public land. These rules aim to protect natural resources and public land users' health and safety.
