EPA Proposes New Regulations for Hydrofluorocarbon Allowances

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing changes to its regulations to implement provisions of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act, aiming to establish a methodology for allocating hydrofluorocarbon production and consumption allowances from 2024 to 2028.
