Environmental Impact Statement: El Paso County, Texas

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to the public regarding the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Downtown 10 project, a proposed transportation project along Interstate Highway 10 (I-10) in El Paso County, Texas. The project, spanning approximately 5.7 miles from Executive Center Boulevard to State Loop 478, will be studied to assess its environmental effects.
