BLM Proposes Updates to Communications Uses Program and Cost Recovery Fee Schedules for Rights-of-Way

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing updates to its regulations governing the use of public lands for communication purposes and the cost recovery fees associated with these activities, as well as new rules for the development and approval of plans and agreements for electric transmission and distribution facilities.
