FHWA Adopts Interim Final Rule for Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity Contracts on Federal-Aid Highway Projects

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has adopted an interim final rule allowing states to use the Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracting method on federal-aid highway projects under certain circumstances, effective immediately.
