Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval to continue using a currently approved information collection to gather customer intake information and consent as part of its mediation services program. The public is invited to comment on the proposed information collection.
