EPA Announces Revised Risk Determination for Methylene Chloride Under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released the final revision to the risk determination for methylene chloride, a chemical substance that poses an unreasonable risk to human health when used under its conditions, and reflects changes in policy to better protect the public from chemical risks supported by science and law.
