WAPA Proposes New Formula Rate for Olmsted Powerplant Replacement Project

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is proposing a new formula rate for the Olmsted Powerplant Replacement Project, which will replace the existing rate under Rate Order WAPA-177 that expires on May 6, 2023, and will take effect on May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2028.
