HUD Issues Notice on Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2023

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs) for Section 8 project-based assistance contracts, effective for projects with an anniversary date on or after February 11, 2023, and invites public input on proposed technical changes to its OCAF calculation method.
