EPA Approves New Mexico's Clean Air Plan to Meet 2015 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to New Mexico's State Implementation Plan, updating the state's nonattainment new source review permitting program to comply with the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
