CDC Requests Public Comment on Proposed Data Collection for National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is soliciting public comment on a proposed data collection project, National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System, to provide official statistics on nationally notifiable conditions in the United States, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
