U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Conduct Vessel Entrance and Clearance Automation Test

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct a test allowing participants to submit vessel entry and clearance data electronically through the Vessel Entrance and Clearance System (VECS), replacing paper forms currently required by CBP regulations.
