US Postal Service Files Request to Add Domestic Shipping Services Contract to Negotiated Service Agreements

The US Postal Service has notified the Postal Regulatory Commission of its intention to add a domestic shipping services contract to the list of Negotiated Service Agreements in the Mail Classification Schedule's Competitive Products List, building on its Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and Parcel Select Service.
