USPS Filing Request with Postal Regulatory Commission for Negotiated Service Agreement

The United States Postal Service is filing a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add a domestic shipping services contract to the list of Negotiated Service Agreements in the Mail Classification Schedule's Competitive Products List, as part of its Product Change-Priority Mail, First-Class Package Service & Parcel Select Negotiated Service Agreement.
