BSEE Extends Public Comment Period for Oil and Gas Decommissioning Activities PEIS on Pacific Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is extending the public comment period for the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Oil and Gas Decommissioning Activities on the Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), originally set to expire on a certain date, to allow more time for public input and review.
