National Park Service Issues Interim General Rule for Demonstrations and Printed Matter in National Parks

The National Park Service is introducing a new rule governing demonstrations and the sale of printed materials in most national parks, exempting individuals and small groups from permit requirements and refining application processing, while also prohibiting visitor harassment and obstruction of public passageways.
