Department Proposes Extension of Information Collection Request Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Department is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection request, which is required for the Fiscal Operations Report for 2022-2023 and Application To Participate 2024-2025 (FISAP) and Reallocation Form, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
