Delaware Gets Final EPA Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The State of Delaware has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization to revise its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), with the EPA proposing to grant final authorization to Delaware.
