SEC Proposes New System to Track Reasonable Accommodations Requests

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proposing a new system, SEC-35, to collect and track information on employees, applicants, and the public who request reasonable accommodations based on medical conditions, disabilities, or sincerely held religious beliefs, in order to evaluate and process these requests.
