EPA Amends Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries to Reference New ASTM International Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a rule to update its All Appropriate Inquiries Rule by referencing the latest standard practice for environmental site assessments from ASTM International, a widely recognized standards organization, and phasing out the previous version of the standard.
