NMFS Proposes Regulations for Summer Flounder, Scup, and Bluefish Fisheries

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing new regulations to implement changes to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan and the Bluefish Fishery Management Plan, which were developed by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council in collaboration with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
