DoD Issues Interim Rule to Prohibit Procurements from Xinjiang Region

The US Department of Defense is implementing a new rule to prevent the use of funds for products made with forced labor from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2022.
