DoD Proposes Changes to DFARS to Implement SBIR and STTR Data Rights

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the data-rights portions of the Small Business Innovation Research Program and Small Business Technology Transfer Program Policy Directives, and will hold a public meeting to gather feedback from interested parties.
