EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed extension of its information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, seeking public comment for an additional 30 days, following a previous 60-day comment period that ended on April 8, 2022.
