Extension of Public Comment Period for Elliott State Research Forest Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the public comment period for its draft environmental impact statement on the Elliott State Research Forest Habitat Conservation Plan in Oregon until a later date. The plan aims to provide incidental take coverage for northern spotted owl, marbled murrelet, and Oregon Coast coho species.
