Brightline Trains Florida Seeks Approval for Positive Train Control Field Test

Brightline Trains Florida (BTF) has submitted a request to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for approval to conduct a field test of its trains equipped with positive train control (PTC) technology, following a submission on December 9, 2022.
