Department Proposes Extension of Information Collection Request Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Department is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as required by the Office of Management and Budget, in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act of 2004.
