EPA Proposes Approval of California's Plan to Address Ozone Nonattainment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by California to address nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards, specifically for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
