FMCSA Exempts 18 Individuals from Hearing Requirement for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operation

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has made the decision to exempt 18 individuals with hearing impairments from the requirement to attend a hearing in order to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in interstate commerce, allowing them to safely transport goods across state lines.
