USAID Proposes Rule to Strengthen Safeguards Against Exploitation and Abuse

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule that updates its Acquisition Regulation to include new requirements for protecting against sexual exploitation and abuse, as well as strengthening child safeguarding measures, in an effort to enhance protections for vulnerable individuals in its programs.
