NRC Considers Exemption for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2 Operation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering an exemption for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, allowing TMI-2 Solutions, LLC to operate the facility, following the issuance of an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact (FONSI) by the NRC.
