NRC Grants Exemption to TMI-2 Solutions for Decommissioning Activities

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to TMI-2 Solutions, LLC, allowing the company to temporarily suspend radiation monitoring systems during decommissioning activities at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, due to a lack of credible criticality hazards.
