NRC Requests Renewal of Credit Card Payment Authorization Form

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of its existing information collection, NRC Form 629, which authorizes payment by credit card.
