NRC Invites Public Comment on Renewal of OMB Approval for NRC Form 4

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the existing NRC Form 4, Cumulative Occupational Dose History, a collection of information used to track occupational radiation exposure.
