Nuclear Development, LLC Withdraws Application to Transfer Construction Permits for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved Nuclear Development, LLC's (ND) request to withdraw its application to transfer construction permits for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, from Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to ND, following the expiration of the permits on October 1, 2021.
