U.S. Trade Representative Publishes Correction to 2025 Tariff Rate Quota Quantity Limitations Under U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) published a notice in the Federal Register on December 11, 2024, to correct an error in the tariff-rate quota quantity limitations for 2025 under the U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement. The notice addresses the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) for originating goods of Australia entering the United States.
