U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final ID on Certain Soft Projectile Launching Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and is seeking written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding from the parties and interested stakeholders by April 15, 2024.
