U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates NAND Memory Devices and Electronic Devices for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate NAND memory devices and electronic devices for patent infringement by MimirIP LLC, following a complaint filed on July 8, 2024, under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
