FCC Proposes New TRS Fund Support Plan for IP Captioned Telephone Service

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing a new three-year plan to support internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) through the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Fund, with a focus on more accurate cost assessments and different compensation formulas for TRS providers.
