FCC Open Commission Meeting on February 16, 2023

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will hold an open meeting to consider several proposals, including a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to implement the Safe Connections Act of 2022, which aims to help domestic violence survivors separate lines from shared mobile accounts and protect their privacy, as well as improve access to the E-Rate program for Tribal applicants.
