FCC Announces Approval of OMB for User Registration Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement user registration rules for Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities, with the rules set to remain in effect for three years.
