FCC and USAC Launch Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program Matching Program

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will conduct a new computer matching program with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue to verify the eligibility of Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program applicants and subscribers, both administered by USAC under the FCC's direction.
