The Federal Communications Commission will hold an open meeting to consider two proposals: one to reclassify broadband Internet access service as a telecommunications service under the Communications Act, and another to modernize the E-Rate program for schools and libraries, allowing Wi-Fi on school buses to be eligible for funding.
