FCC Proposes Modification to Wireless Services Licensing Records System

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing changes to its FCC/WTB-1 system of records to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires the agency to publish notice of the system's existence and character in the Federal Register.
