Insurer Reporting Requirements; List of Insurers Required To File Reports

The final rule updates regulations for Insurer Reporting Requirements, specifying annual report requirements and listing passenger motor vehicle insurers that must file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences. Insurers listed in the appendices must submit reports by October 25th of each year, with the first report due by October 25, 2010.
