Notice of Request To Revise a Currently-Approved Information Collection Request: Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a plan to revise an Information Collection Request (ICR) for the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP), which requires grant application preparation, quarterly reports, and electronic data on driver/vehicle inspections. The revision is necessary due to an expected increase in the number of State inspections performed annually.
