USDA Adopts Final Rule for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Quality Control Provisions

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has finalized the non-discretionary quality control provisions of Title IV of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, as well as a correction, and removed an obsolete paragraph due to OMB approval of information collection activities.
